Sara Rayes, M.S.W., L.M.S.W.

Sara Rayes, M.S.W., L.M.S.W., is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. She brings a warm, non-judgmental approach to her work and strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients of all ages feel heard and understood.

Sara draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. She has experience helping clients navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. Sara is passionate about supporting emotional growth and resilience, and she works collaboratively with clients to build healthy coping strategies, improve communication, and achieve their personal goals.

Sara earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and her Master of Social Work from Wayne State University.

In her free time, Sara enjoys baking, playing video games, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
