Hailey Maksymiak, M.H.A. serves as the Practice Operations Manager at Child & Family Solutions Center, where she oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practice. With extensive experience in both mental health and healthcare administration, Hailey is passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting staff, and ensuring an exceptional experience for the individuals and families we serve.

Prior to joining Child & Family Solutions Center, Hailey held leadership positions in both outpatient specialty medical practices and neuropsychology, where she managed clinic operations, supervised multidisciplinary teams, led process improvement initiatives, and helped enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Originally from Illinois, Hailey earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Health Services from Western Michigan University and her Master of Healthcare Administration from Grand Valley State University. She is committed to fostering a collaborative, organized, and welcoming environment that allows both our clinicians and administrative team to provide the highest quality care.
