Clients often express appreciation for Nicole’s calming presence.
Nicole primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a person-centered approach to provide evidenced-based treatment. She also integrates various other therapeutic modalities and interventions to provide therapy suitable to each unique individual. She often utilizes play therapy to help children address their emotions and experiences in a developmentally appropriate manner. She works with clients ages 4 and older. Nicole has expertise working with clients to address anxiety, perfectionism, depression, frustration intolerance and inflexibility, parenting challenges, neuro-divergence, low confidence, grief, and high-conflict divorce.
