Ayana Madison, M.S.W., L.L.M.S.W., is a dedicated therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for meaningful change. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering support to those managing stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and developmental differences such as Autism and ADHD.
Ayana views therapy as a collaborative and client-centered process where each individual’s experiences and strengths are honored. She integrates evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, and mindfulness techniques—to tailor treatment to the unique needs of every client. Ayana is a Limited Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan. She is passionate about helping others feel understood, supported, and equipped to manage whatever life brings. She practices under direct supervisoin of Laura Johnson-Hughes, M.S.W., L.M.S.W.
Outside of her clinical work, Ayana enjoys traveling, spending quality time with loved ones, and finding joy in life’s everyday moments.
